TCI is also known for its
Property Tax Management System (PTMS), a
comprehensive, highly flexible, user-friendly property tax compliance
software system specifically designed to give each user complete in-house
control over its real and personal property tax compliance. TCI was founded
in 1993 and acquired by MLM in September 2006.

TCI and its sister company CORPTAX, LLC are owned by MLM Information Services
LLC. MLM was formed in 2005 to acquire and operate corporate tax software
companies. MLM is owned by Warburg Pincus and MLM's Chairman & CEO Mason
Slaine, who have committed to invest a minimum of $250 million in MLM.
